Pheasant Hunting Season

Pheasant hunting is set to get under way on October 15th. Lots of interest is being shown. The Cabins and the Bed & Breakfasts are booked for the first three day, but there are plenty of RV sites available.

Hello
I heard that pheasants are being released for hunting in the Magrath area.
Is this what you are referring to? Any info on released or wild birds for hunting is appreciated.

Yes. Pheasants have been released in our area of southern Alberta. There are lots of birds available. I have seen lots of Huns this fall also.

The campground will close on Friday Oct 31.
